Ingredients
1 – 16 oz box farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 cup feta cheese crumbles
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¾ cup rinsed canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
½ cup Greek vinaigrette dressing
Directions
Cook pasta in 5 Qt Roaster as directed on package, omitting salt; drain & rinse with cold water. Return pasta to 5 Qt Roaster –or- place pasta in Saladmaster Cold Bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
